Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Bank Teller position for a company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Receive checks, cash, debit/credit payments, and other transactions from customers
- Resolve transaction-related issues in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding accounts, banking products, and services
- Follow company procedures for counting, handling, and storing received funds
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service
- Accurately record all transactions using banking software and electronic systems
- Reconcile all transactions and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance or business a plus
- Prior cashier or banking experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial software/systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
