About the Role
Temporary Office Coordinator - 6 Month Contract
Join a friendly, family-run office where no two days are the same. We're a small team of 5 managing around 30 contractors, and we're looking for someone organised, proactive, and confident on the phone to keep things running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
Adding quotes and jobs to the system
Scheduling works for contractors
Ordering materials and plant
Speaking with clients and contractors by phone
Keeping jobs moving and the team informed
The details:
6-month temporary role
8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Small, supportive office environment
£12.71 per hour, paid weekly
