A highly regarded and ambitious law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Defendant Personal Injury Litigator to join its established team in Bradford. The firm is recognised as a leading force in the defendant personal injury sector, acting for prominent clients including major retail and commercial organisations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and technically strong litigator to handle a varied caseload of complex, higher-value claims within a supportive and well-structured team environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims, typically multi-track and of significant value and complexity, from the commencement of litigation through to trial.

About You

• Chartered Legal Executive with Practice Rights
• Minimum 7 years’ experience handling defendant personal injury litigation
• Proven experience managing fast-track and multi-track claims
• Experience handling claims up to £350,000, including trial preparation and attendance
• Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
