<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Head of QA &#8211; &pound;120k to &pound;130k- 2 days per week in London** &#8211; Permanent</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Please note: This role does not offer sponsorship and requires candidates to have the legal right to work in the UK. ** Our client is able to be flexible on office requirements if the correct candidate is not based in London.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>La Fosse are excited to be retained on a genuinely transformational and global enterprise level QA leadership role; implementing strategy that will shift-left and test/futureproof quality of AI products on a vast and highly utilised B2B platform.</p> <p>Therefore, you must have proven experience leading QA transformations and leading testing of AI products/technologies (as opposed to using some AI tooling for day to day testing). You will be joining a great and established senior leadership team &ndash; reporting directly into VP Engineering and CTO.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Key requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Define and evolve organisation‑wide quality principles and testing standards</li> <li>Assess and address gaps in the end‑to‑end quality ecosystem</li> <li>Introduce and embed contract testing where it adds the most value</li> <li>Uplift testing maturity across multiple product squads</li> <li>Define and evolve quality assurance approaches for AI‑powered products, establishing practical frameworks for testing non‑deterministic systems (e.g. LLM‑driven features, RAG‑based search, agentic workflows)</li> <li>Act as a senior partner to Engineering, Product, and Platform leadership, influencing roadmap decisions, architectural direction, and release strategy through a quality and risk lens.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Interview Process:</p> <p>1st stage = VP of Engineering &amp; Talent Manager</p> <p>2nd stage = CTO</p> <p>Offer</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Please click on the link to apply</p> <p>, </p>
