We are seeking a talented 1st/2nd Line Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team in Cambridge.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site. <li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, O365, ActiveDirectory, Apple Mac, DNS, DHCP, backup solutions, and networking. <li>Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective problem resolution. <li>Contribute to the development and improvement of IT systems and processes. <li>Maintain accurate records of support issues and resolutions using our ticketing system. <li>Assist in the implementation and management of IT infrastructure projects. </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year of experience working within an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment. <li>Minimum 1 year of experience working within an IT Support. <li>Proficient in Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, O365, Active Directory, DNS, backup solutions, and networking. <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. <li>Excellent communication and customer service skills. <li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. <li>Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT support. </ul> <p>If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience for this 1st/2nd line Engineer role, please apply now for immediate consideration and interview.</p> <p>For further details about the role, please contact us ASAP.</p>
