Compression SME (Subject Matter Expert)

In this critical position, you'll leverage your extensive expertise to assess, guide, and elevate contractor proficiency in compression measurement disciplines. If you bring a wealth of knowledge in CAT 3500-3600 systems and gas lift operations, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact while enjoying competitive compensation and benefits.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in compression operations, specifically within Bakken
• Expertise in CAT 3500-3600 compressor systems
• Strong knowledge of gas lift techniques and operations
• Proven ability to assess contractor competency and provide technical guidance
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information clearly
• Experience in evaluating and guiding measurement discipline practices

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in technical training or mentorship roles
• Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in compression operations
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve compressor system issues efficiently

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant technical or engineering degree preferred
• Extensive hands-on experience in compression and gas lift operations in the oil and gas industry

Other Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean driving record
