About the Role
Regional Quality Manager - Care Homes Weymouth, Dorset, SW England Salary: £55,000 per Annum + Monthly Car Allowance + Excellent PRP PSR Solutions are working in partnership with an award winning and well-respected care provider to recruit a dedicated and experienced Regional Service Quality Manager across the Weymouth and Bournemouth areas. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional care standards, working hand in hand with Operations, Care Home Managers, homecare and specialist services teams to keep quality high, compliance on point, and service users happy. The role involves monitoring, assessing, and improving service quality standards in line with regulatory requirements and organisational policies, while providing support, guidance, and challenge to teams to maintain compliance and deliver consistently high-quality care. Key Responsibilities: Leading quality improvement strategies Collaborate with managers to implement quality initiatives and follow care plans effectively Carrying out audits, assessments, and compliance checks Guiding and supporting managers to meet CQC and company standards Delivering training and promoting best practice Helping services and homes prepare for inspections Skills Required: Proven quality management experience in healthcare or homecare / domiciliary care Strong CQC homecare knowledge - governance and quality assurance Superb leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and continuous quality improvement Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Full UK Driving Licence Benefits Monthly Car Allowance + Excellent PRP Comprehensive training programmed & career development opportunities Employee Assistance & Blue Light Card Scheme A first class opportunity to joining a warm, supportive, and values-driven team that puts people first - both residents and staff.
