This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a wider HR team, delivering a proactive HR service with a strong focus on Employee Relations. The role is fully onsite and ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</p>
<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>As Employee Relations Adviser, you will support the business by managing a wide range of employee relations matters and providing expert, pragmatic advice to line managers. You will play a key role in ensuring HR best practice and consistency across the organisation.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Managing a high volume of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance issues</li>
<li>Advising managers on HR policies, procedures, and UK employment law</li>
<li>Supporting investigations, hearings, and appeals</li>
<li>Ensuring fair and consistent application of HR processes</li>
<li>Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in an HR Advisory role with strong ER focus</li>
<li>Confident handling a busy and varied caseload</li>
<li>Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law</li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Able to work onsite full time in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>CIPD qualified or working towards (desirable)</li>
