<p>We are working with a well-established architectural practice with a strong national presence, currently looking to appoint an Intermediate or Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Milton Keynes team. The practice has a long-standing relationship with a major UK supermarket chain, delivering a consistent pipeline of retail projects across the country. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team, working on fast-paced, high-volume schemes with real responsibility and client exposure.</p>

<p><strong>Daily Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Producing detailed technical drawing packages using Revit</li>
<li>Delivering projects across RIBA Stages 3-6</li>
<li>Working on retail schemes for a major supermarket client</li>
<li>Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams</li>
<li>Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Attending client and site meetings where required</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Intermediate or Senior level with strong UK project experience</li>
<li>Proficient in Revit (essential)</li>
<li>Solid experience in technical delivery and detailing</li>
<li>Previous retail or rollout project experience is advantageous</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Building Regulations and construction processes</li>
<li>Able to manage workload across multiple projects</li>
<li>Confident communicator with a proactive approach</li>
