Over onze klant

We are located in Waalwijk and together with 300 colleagues we work on the growth of our company. We produce our products for our clients across the globe. The customer service team consists of 7 people divided in customer support and specials.

Functie

As a customer service employee:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Make OTIF reports.
• Make order intake reports.
• Resolve SAP issues.
• Handling orders from the sales network and customer service team, you are in between the customer and operations, R&D, quality, improve orders and fix problems. Besides that you look at technicalities as well.
• Work on KPI's, gaps in processes, make analyses and improve.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

Profiel

A successful customer service professional should have:

• HBO working level
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a production company.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, besides that you are analytical.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Excel and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A customer-focused mindset and a proactive attitude

• A competitive salary ranging from €39,000 to €53,000 per year, depending on experience.
