About the Role

  • PhD (or equivalent) in Computational Chemistry, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field
  • Extensive experience in drug discovery or translational research
  • Proven expertise in multi-omics data analysis and integration
  • Track record of leadership in complex projects or teams
Responsibilities In this senior leadership role, you will:
  • Design and execute computational strategies for target discovery and drug design
  • Integrate genomic, proteomic, and transcriptomic data to generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams comprising synthetic chemists, biologists, and data scientists
  • Guide method development and mentor junior team members
Skills / Technical Competencies
  • Advanced molecular modeling and simulation techniques
  • Familiarity with quantum chemistry and cheminformatics tools
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and C++
  • Expertise in high-performance computing (HPC) and cloud environments
Nice to Haves
  • Experience applying AI/ML approaches to drug design
  • Familiarity with Nextflow or similar workflow management systems
  • Prior publications in computational chemistry or systems biology journals
