<p><strong>Reward Analyst (12-14 Month FTC – Maternity Cover)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Sheffield (Hybrid) </p>
<p><strong>Start:</strong> June/July</p>
<p><strong>Salary: £45,000 – £55,000</strong></p>

This <strong>Reward Analyst</strong> <strong>/ Reward Partner</strong> role offers the chance to build on your experience while stepping into a more advisory position, supporting key reward activity in a well-established environment.</p>
<p>As a <strong>Reward Analyst</strong>, you’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, and senior stakeholders to keep reward processes running smoothly. This <strong>Reward Analyst</strong> position is focused on maintaining and enhancing existing frameworks rather than creating new ones from scratch.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do as a Reward Analyst:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support pay frameworks and job evaluation processes</li>
<li>Advise HR and managers on salary, hiring, and internal moves</li>
<li>Manage benefits activity and provider relationships</li>
<li>Analyse data for pay reviews, bonuses, and pay gap insights</li>
<li>Deliver clear, engaging reward communications</li>
<li>Act as a go-to <strong>Reward Analyst</strong> for escalated queries</li>
<li>Improve reporting and ensure data accuracy</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in a <strong>Reward Analyst</strong> or compensation & benefits role</li>
<li>Knowledge of job evaluation (WTW or similar is a plus)</li>
<li>Strong Excel and analytical skills</li>
<li>Understanding of payroll and benefits</li>
<li>Confidence working with stakeholders and explaining data</li>
</ul>
