Live-in Short Term Seasonal Couple Job, Scottish Highlands

Greycoat Lumleys client is seeking a dedicated and personable Couple to join their team in the Scottish Highlands for the Summer season, with an immediate start, working through to September/October 2026.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful, scenic Highland setting, within a property that upholds very high standards throughout and delivers a very high level of service, offering exceptional guest accommodation in a warm, homely and welcoming environment. The focus of the role is on creating a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere where guests feel at ease, while consistently maintaining these standards surrounded by nature.

This position would suit a couple with a background in hospitality, front-of-house, customer service or housekeeping experience.

Duties Include:

• Creating and maintaining a warm, homely and welcoming environment for guests

• Delivering a very high level of service with a friendly and professional approach

• Maintaining very high standards of cleanliness, presentation and overall property upkeep

• Supporting housekeeping duties as required

• Working flexibly across a variety of tasks

• Willingness to learn and take pride in all aspects of the role

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Both candidates must be able to drive 

Live-in accommodation provided

Competitive salary – hourly rate of pay
