<strong>Administrative Assistant – Birmingham</strong><br><strong>5 Days Office-Based | £16 – £19 inclusive of holiday pay</strong><br> <br>Looking to take the next step in your administrative career? This could be the perfect opportunity.<br> <br>A global investment firm is seeking a confident and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join their Birmingham office. You’ll play a key role in supporting a fast-moving team, managing priorities, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.<br> <br>If you’re someone who communicates with ease, stays on top of multiple deadlines, and enjoys working in a professional, international environment - this role is for you.<br> <br><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong><br><ul><li>Coordinating busy diaries and scheduling meetings across different time zones</li><li>Arranging travel (both UK and international)</li><li>Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Managing expense and invoicing systems</li><li>Building strong relationships with EAs across the UK and globally</li></ul><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong><br><ul><li>1–3 years’ experience in an admin or similar role (investment banking, events, or professional services preferred)</li><li>A proactive, “can-do” attitude</li><li>Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn</li></ul><strong>The details:</strong><br><ul><li>Full-time role</li><li>12 - 18 months, initial offer will be 6-months, with additional extensions.
