Michael Page is recruiting for a role in the business services industry in Amsterdam.

Functie

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes effectively.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Profiel

A successful Interim Senior Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
• Professional fluency in English; Preferably also Dutch or German.

Aanbod

Our client offers you:

• An hourly rate between €73 and €109, based on experience and expertise.
• A temporary contract with a focus on impactful financial responsibilities.
