Childcare Lawyer

<strong>12-month fixed-term contract&nbsp;</strong>We are currently recruiting for an experienced senior Childcare Lawyer with 3+years experience to join our client&rsquo;s business based close to Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire on a full time Hybrid basis. &nbsp;<br>The client offers an enhanced pension of 22%, a generous holiday allowance with the option to purchase more plus many other great benefits.<br> <br> The successful Childcare Lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise to advise public sectors and not for profit clients on a range of childcare matters.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer:</strong><br> <br><ul><li>Care proceedings</li><li>Adoption</li><li>Legal Aid applications</li><li>Applications for secure accommodation</li><li>Public law outline matters (PLO)</li><li>Issues relating to the protection of children and young people</li><li>Attending court to conduct advocacy</li><li>Revoking placement orders</li></ul><strong>The Childcare Lawyer Candidate:</strong><br> <br><ul><li>Lawyers with a minimum of 3 years experience</li><li>Experience in childcare law is essential for this role</li><li>Shows a strong work ethic</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>IT Proficient</li><li>Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines</li></ul><strong>Benefits for the Childcare Lawyer Role:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Salaries range depending on PQE for Lawyer &pound;44,290 - &pound;50,240 / Senior Lawyer &pound;50,790 - &pound;58,168.75 DOE</li><li>22% pension</li><li>25 days holiday (and options to purchase more)</li><li>2 days office attendance</li><li>An array of discounts for retailers etc</li></ul><strong>The&nbsp;Client</strong><br> <br> Our client is a highly regarded in house law firm specialising in the public sector.
