Join their Corporate Service Procurement Team to lead and shape Sourcing, Post-Contract Management, and Supplier Relationship Management. The Senior Procurement Manager for HR and Business Services will champion Procurement's Agenda to deliver best-in-class Procurement and build robust relationships to a senior level. Lead the HR and Business Services procurement Pipeline, overseeing £multi-million spends. Shape Commercial strategy and models. Lead high-value, complex spends end-to-end Engage with the market to ensure competitiveness and innovation, staying ahead of shifts and trends. Lead Supplier Relationship Management Processes. Requirements: HR and Business Services Procurement experience. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple, complex projects. Contract Terms and Conditions expertise. Experience within a large, matrix organisation. Strong Communication and Engagement ability. Relevant qualification, e.g. CIPS, MRICS, or degree.
