IT Business Partner (SC Cleared) Location: Enfield (Remote) Contract Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance or Recently Lapsed SC Clearance Required Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner / Senior Business Analyst to act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technology teams. This role is ideal for someone who can understand complex business challenges, translate requirements into practical technology solutions, drive business transformation, and manage stakeholder relationships across multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will have experience delivering business and digital transformation initiatives within government, regulated, enterprise, utilities, financial services, housing, healthcare, telecommunications, or similar complex environments . Essential Industry Experience We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within one or more of the following sectors: UK Central Government Public Sector Defence Policing / Law Enforcement Social Housing Housing Repairs & Maintenance Utilities Financial Services Healthcare / Life Sciences Telecommunications Large Enterprise Digital Transformation Programmes Candidates with experience working in highly regulated environments and managing multiple stakeholder groups are highly desirable. Security Clearance You must have one of the following: Active SC Clearance SC Clearance that has recently expired or lapsed Previous experience working in SC-cleared environments with eligibility for re-clearance Please highlight your clearance status on application. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyse and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions. Develop As-Is and To-Be process models. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and operational efficiency. Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, clients and suppliers. Act as a trusted advisor to business and operational teams. Support the delivery of technology and business transformation projects. Produce high-quality project and business analysis documentation. Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests. Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver successful outcomes. Support testing, implementation, business readiness and transition into BAU.
