<p>Role Purpose</p>
<p>The Leasehold Officer is responsible for delivering a high quality, consistent leasehold and homeownership service across ISHA’s portfolio.</p>
<p>This includes leasehold & shared ownership homes. The role ensures legal compliance, accurate service charge management and excellent resident experience, while acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders and homeowners.</p>
