<p><strong>Sales Executive</p>
<p></strong>Salary: £32,000<br />Bonus potential – c£10k<br />Location: Glasgow</p>
<p>We’re looking for a proactive Internal Sales Executive to join a growing, fast-paced business supplying specialist equipment and services into the building services sector.<br /> This role is focused on developing existing relationships, re-engaging lapsed customers, and supporting a busy customer base of contractors and trade professionals. You’ll play a key part in driving sales growth through account management, outbound contact, and strong product knowledge.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Managing and developing a portfolio of existing and dormant accounts</li>
<li>Proactively contacting previous customers to rebuild relationships and generate new business</li>
<li>Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into sales opportunities</li>
<li>Preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up to close deals</li>
<li>Building strong working relationships with contractors, engineers, and trade customers</li>
<li>Working closely with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Requirements:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in an internal sales or account management role</li>
<li>Comfortable dealing with contractors and trade customers in a technical environment</li>
<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Commercially aware with a proactive approach to generating business</li>
<li>Organised and able to manage multiple accounts and enquiries</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Desirable:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working within the building services, engineering, or trade supply sector</li>
<li>Understanding of contractor workflows and project-based sales cycles</li>
</ul>
