What You’ll Do:
Drive New Business
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and smart prospecting tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Indeed, etc.)
- Build and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our staffing solutions and value
- Negotiate pricing and agreements aligned with company standards and client needs
Build Client Relationships
- Develop long-term partnerships with clients through consultative, relationship-driven selling
- Manage and grow assigned accounts with high-touch service and proactive communication
- Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client success and delivery excellence
- Conduct site visits, service reviews, and safety evaluations as part of full-service account support

Qualifications
- Prior sales experience / business development or hospitality background preferred
- Proven ability to hit goals or KPIs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Professional presence and strong client-facing demeanor
Work Environment
- Office based with regular travel to client sites and networking events across Southern California

Compensation & Growth
- Competitive base salary ($60,000 to $80,000)+ uncapped commission
