Sharp Consultancy are working with a business that has recently implemented a new CRM system, Engager Experience, and is looking for a proactive and organised individual to support client onboarding and ongoing administration.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone with previous experience working in a remote environment and managing client processes using a CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
Managing client onboarding, ensuring all required documentation is received and compliant
Issuing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and Letters of Engagement
Handling professional clearance processes
Supporting and improving internal onboarding processes and workflows
Acting as a point of contact for clients, including:
Assisting with account access and password resets
Responding to queries via phone and shared inbox
Maintaining accurate client records within the CRM system
About You
Experience using a CRM system (experience with Engager Experience is highly desirable)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Process-driven mindset with the ability to improve and implement procedures
Previous experience in a client-facing or professional services environment is advantageous
