Pay: $74.87/hour
Location: Oak Park, IL 60302
- (Float role covering clinics across Chicago, Evanston, Brookfield, and Oak Park)
Schedule/Hours: Average 30–35 hours/week
- Mon–Fri: 8:30am-7:30pm
- Sat: 9:00am-5:30pm
- Sun: 9:00am-4:30pm (every other weekend required)
Overview
We’re hiring a Float Nurse Practitioner to support retail clinics across the Chicago area. You’ll work closely with a dedicated clinical care team to deliver evidence-based primary and family care, drive positive patient outcomes, and provide education and wellness support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based primary/family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management
- Deliver health counseling and disposition planning for patients
- Conduct routine exams and support walk-in/appointment-based care
- Perform/coordinate diagnostic testing and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Support wellness initiatives (screenings, chronic condition management, behavioral health/wellness support)
- Complete clinic administrative duties as needed (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, maintaining a clean environment)
