What you’ll do: Developing and customizing the Salesforce platform to suit the client’s needs Designing innovative cloud and mobile applications built using the Salesforce platform for companies from different industries Integrating Salesforce with other systems e.g. ERP, billing, call center Preparing project documentation Working directly with our international clients, creating applications tailored to the client’s needs Integrating Salesforce with other applications using web services and APIs Supporting the creation of customizations and integrations required for solution delivery Leading business discussions and Configure the Salesforce.com application based on the business requirements Applying best practices and experience to build Salesforce.com applications Working closely with other developers in the team, business analysts, QA analysts, and project managers Being a mentor for junior developers What we offer: Possibility to work completely remotely, hybrid, or in our office in Warsaw – it just depends on what kind of work system you prefer 🙂 Work on our equipment or your own – we offer contractors co-financing for equipment Necessary equipment such as additional monitors and accessories Supporting the team while working, becoming independent and learning Work in Scrum Work in small teams of 4-8 people Integration meetings and Enxoo Days  Developers Knowledge Community – regular workshops, presentations, sharing knowledge and good practices Mentoring program 2 Salesforce Certificates per year Creating individual development paths – we will help you create your path so that you can develop yourself freely and achieve your goals Non-wage benefits such as private health care (Lux Med), sports card (Multisport), life insurance What will you need: At least 5 years of experience in developing technology solutions on the Salesforce ecosystem  Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Development best practices: version control, testing, code quality  Having a strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture Patterns and Software Design Patterns Knowledge of development lifecycle patterns CI/CD, Salesforce metadata, and SFDX Experience in developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems Excellent command of the English language (B2/C1) Good communication skills Good understanding of the Agile software delivery process (Scrum/Kanban) Nice to have: Salesforce certificates: Industries CPQ developer, OmniStudio, Revenue Cloud Hands-on experience in Salesforce industries (Vlocity)
