About you
Construction-related degree or relevant higher education qualification
Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably within social housing or the public sector
Strong understanding of construction practices, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proven leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams
Relevant certifications such as CSCS or CITB are advantageous
What you'll do
Manage social housing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives
Oversee health & safety adherence on site and ensure compliance with all regulations
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency
Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively to maintain workflow
