<strong>Income Recovery Specialist</strong><br><strong>Location: Bracknell</strong><br><strong>Rate: £20.59 per hour</strong><br><strong>Contract: 3-month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend up to 6 months</strong><br><strong>Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm</strong><br> <br>We are currently recruiting for Income Recovery Specialists to join a housing team in Bracknell on a temporary basis.<br>This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in housing, income recovery, welfare benefits or a customer-focused environment to support residents and help manage housing-related income matters.<br><strong>About the Role</strong><br>You will work as part of a customer-focused team, supporting residents and helping to ensure housing-related income is managed effectively. The role will involve working with customers, providing appropriate support and using your knowledge of housing and welfare benefits to help resolve issues.<br><strong>About You</strong><br>We're looking for candidates with:<br>Experience working in a housing, income recovery, welfare benefits or customer service environment<br>Knowledge of housing and welfare benefits<br>Strong customer service and communication skills<br>Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office<br>Excellent organisation and attention to detail<br>The ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines<br>A professional and empathetic approach when dealing with customers<br> <br><strong>If you have relevant housing or income recovery experience and are looking for your next opportunity in Bracknell, we'd love to hear from you.</strong>
