From 3D printing and IIoT to competitive analysis and market intelligence, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies and proven methodologies.

Whether you're passionate about engineering or product design, sourcing excellence or financial services, together with teams across the organization, you’ll tackle projects that span continents that sharpen BW’s competitive edge while building your career right here in India.

Be part of a culture rooted in teamwork, empathetic listening, trust, and continuous learning. Our goal is to nurture each person’s unique gifts and recognize and celebrate them for the difference they make.

At Barry-Wehmiller, we believe business can be a powerful force for good. That’s why we’re determined to be an example of the right measures of success in business--by demonstrating what’s possible when human vibrancy and economic growth work in harmony.

What truly sets us apart is our culture—rooted in Truly Human Leadership, a philosophy that prioritizes the wellbeing and growth of every individual in an environment that fosters listening, collaboration, trust, accountability and commitment to our shared purpose. We challenge ourselves to measure success by the way we touch lives, not just by financial results.

Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri (US), Barry-Wehmiller’s portfolio spans industrial and packaging automation, professional services and life sciences technology. Since our founding in 1885 as a maker of brewing machinery, we’ve grown through the acquisition of more than 150 companies to become a $3.6 billion organization with 12,000+ team members in 30 countries around the globe. The story of Barry-Wehmiller’s growth and globally recognized leadership model is chronicled in Chairman Bob Chapman’s bestselling book, Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring for Your People Like Family.
