About the Role
Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling.
Ensure positive patient health outcomes through routine examinations and patient appointments.
Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, and patient follow-up.
Encourage patients to participate in their healthcare through health screenings and chronic condition management.
Collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team to drive better patient outcomes.
Critical Information
Part-time position requiring availability every weekend.
Onsite as needed for patient care.
Normal working hours: Saturday 9:00-5:30, Sunday 9:00-4:30.
Education/Licenses Needed
Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification.
Active and valid state NP/PA license.
