£26,000 - £27,000 | Cheltenham 

This is an excellent position to gain experience and work as a part of a growing company. You will need to be able to work independently and accurately, ensuring that all financial requirements are met and deadlines are met. You will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Processing of direct cost invoices
• Monitoring and assisting with the purchase ledger Inbox
• Uploading invoices on the accounting system 
• Preparation and creation of weekly payment runs to suppliers. 
• To maintain the banking system supplier payment templates
• Reconciling supplier statements 
• Working with the Management Accountant to process and analyse purchases
• Taking ownership of and business partnering with other entities 
• Dealing with internal and external queries 
• Provide cover for overhead processing
• Assistance at month end, year end and Audit 
• Ad hoc projects as may be requested by the Accounts Payable Manager or Finance Manager
