Good knowledge of Netcracker BSS Suite (OCS/CRM/OM) Troubleshooting skills for the Netcracker BSS Suite (OCS/CRM/OM) Voice Call & Signaling Routing for Netcracker BSS Suite (OCS/CRM/OM) End-to-End Performance Audit & Optimization Accountabilities: Knowledge of Managed Service Telecom Operations Practice Presentation & Communication Skills Knowledge sharing Problem Solving and strategic thinking Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations Applying Expertise and Technology Problem solving and trouble shooting skills Personnel Skills: Result oriented Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands.
