• Housing refurbishment projects across Yorkshire
• Decarbonisation and retrofit projects
• Energy efficiency measures
• Working in partnership with Housing Associations and Councils
• Supporting the project delivery team
• Oversee retrofit processes and reporting
• Funding
• Design and delivery
• EWI, Solar PV, Heating, ASHP
• Overseeing a team of Retrofit Assessors

• Proven track record in delivering residential refurbishment projects
• Expert in retrofit projects to deliver energy efficiency savings
• Passionate for sustainability
• Based in a commutable distance to Yorkshire
• Relevant construction qualification
