About the Role
Vanrath's client is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead our Safety, Health, Environment & Quality strategy across their Enniskillen site. This is a key leadership role ensuring compliance, fostering a culture of safety, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain SHEQ policies, systems, and training programs.
Lead risk assessments and mitigation strategies across all operational areas.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct incident investigations and deliver corrective and preventive actions.
Champion environmental initiatives including waste reduction and energy efficiency.
Prepare and present SHEQ performance reports to senior management.
Promote best practice and continuous improvement through innovation and engagement.
About You:
Minimum 2 years' SHEQ or Health & Safety management experience (manufacturing or quarry preferred but open to any industry
NEBOSH qualified
