About the Role
Production Operator – Night Shift
Pay: $22.50/hr + $2.00 shift differential ($24.50/hr)
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 rotation, every other weekend)
Overview:
- Operate and set up extrusion lines in a Class 7 cleanroom environment. Ensure product quality, safety, and accurate documentation while supporting production goals.
Job Duties:
- Set up, start, and operate extrusion lines and equipment
- Adjust machine settings (temperature, speed, vacuum, etc.)
- Perform quality checks and complete documentation
- Follow GMP, GDP, and safety standards
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Train and support packers as needed
Job Requirements:
- Cleanroom or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work 12-hour night shifts
- Basic math, measurement, and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
