This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll partner with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle - helping to build high-performing, engaged and compliant teams

Job Description

• Supporting managers with a wide range of people matters and employee relations cases
• Providing practical HR advice and guidance to employees and leadership teams
• Managing recruitment and onboarding activity, including ATS administration
• Supporting performance management, appraisals and probation processes
• Assisting with HR reporting, analytics and HRIS administration
• Supporting employee engagement, training and development initiatives
• Ensuring HR policies and processes remain compliant and consistently applied
• Supporting payroll administration, family leave processes and wider HR operations
• Helping drive a positive employee experience across multiple business units

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Generalist / People Operations Advisor should have:

• 5+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong employee relations and stakeholder management experience
• Previous logistics, transport or operational environment experience is advantageous
• Confident using HRIS systems and Excel
• Strong communication, organisation and analytical skills
• Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
• Adaptable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving business
