<strong>Location:</strong> Gotherington, near Cheltenham <strong>Salary:</strong> £40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission & KPIs Earning Potential: £60,000 – £70,000 Realistic OTE <strong>Working Pattern:</strong> Friday – Tuesday (09:30 – 17:00)</p>
<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong><br />
Are you a career-focused sales professional with a passion for high-end property? We are representing a multi-award-winning, 5-star luxury developer currently seeking a Senior Sales Advisor for their flagship development in Gotherington.</p>
<p>This is not a volume-driven environment. This site consists of 50 bespoke, EPC A-rated executive homes and premium bungalows priced up to £1.7m. We are looking for a “heavy hitter”—someone who can navigate the complexities of high-value sales while delivering a sophisticated, white-glove service to a discerning clientele.</p>
<p><strong>The Role</strong><br />
This is a senior-level appointment that requires a blend of sales excellence and rigorous administrative control. You will lead the site-based sales team while taking a regional lead on conveyancing and sales progression.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>Luxury Sales: Managing the full sales lifecycle for a premium product range, ensuring targets are met through proactive lead management and exceptional presentation.<br />
Conveyancing Management: Taking regional responsibility for sales progression, managing a consistent caseload of 15–20 open legal files.<br />
Client Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisors.<br />
Excellence Standards: Ensuring the show home and site presentation remain impeccable, reflecting the premium nature of the brand.</p>
<p><strong>The Candidate</strong><br />
This role is suited to an individual who is dynamic, polished, and genuinely career-focused.</p>
<p>New Homes Experience: You must have a proven track record in New Homes Sales (ideally at a Senior level) or high-end Estate Agency.<br />
Legal Fluency: You must be highly proficient in the sales progression process and comfortable managing 15–20 legal cases simultaneously.<br />
Communication: You possess the gravitas and professional polish required to deal with high-end clientele.<br />
Organisation: You are meticulous with CRM management and reporting.<br />
