COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Location: Florham Park, NJ IN-OFFICE, METROPOLITAN NY PRACTICE Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with extensive litigation experience to join its New Jersey office supporting its Metropolitan New York commercial litigation practice . This role is ideal for a New Jersey–based litigator seeking high-level New York commercial litigation work without the daily Manhattan commute. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record Active Bar Admission in New Jersey AND New York , in good standing 4–6 years of substantive commercial litigation experience Prior federal or state judicial clerkship strongly preferred Law review / journal experience preferred Experience with complex insurance coverage litigation a plus , but not required Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage complex matters, work collaboratively within a team, and operate independently on client assignments Outstanding communication skills and a strong commitment to client service Key Responsibilities Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts across New Jersey and New York Draft pleadings , motions , briefs , and discovery materials Participate in depositions , hearings , and court proceedings as experience allows Support all phases of case management , including strategy development and trial preparation Work closely with senior litigators on complex disputes with high-profile clients Why Join Us?
