Cleaner – Band 1 (2 positions) Facility Services and Sustainability Location: Aura, Bridgeview Business Park, Hessle Working Hours: 06:00–09:00, Monday to Friday Contract Type: Continuing (Permanent, Part‑Time) About the Role We are looking for a committed and reliable Cleaner to join our Facility Services and Sustainability team. Working five days out of seven, you will help provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all building users at our Aura site. You will play an important role in delivering high‑quality cleaning, and waste management services, supporting a positive working culture built on customer service, engagement and teamwork. Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide effective cleaning, and waste management services as part of a wider cleaning team. Work collaboratively to maintain a positive team culture focused on customer service, staff engagement and morale. Deliver cost‑effective and compliant cleaning and waste management across designated areas. Maintain high standards of work in line with Infrastructure Services’ core values. As an individual team member, support the delivery of departmental objectives. Establish and maintain effective day‑to‑day working relationships with colleagues, customers and building users. About You Essential: A positive and reliable approach to work. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Commitment to providing a high standard of cleaning and customer service. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable: Previous experience in a cleaning role. Awareness of safe working practices related to cleaning operations.
