About the Role
<h3><strong>Manufacturing Engineer</strong></h3>
<p>We’re looking for a <strong>hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer</strong> to support and optimize <strong>welding, CNC machining, and assembly operations</strong> in a collaborative, people‑focused manufacturing environment. <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop, troubleshoot, and continuously improve <strong>welding processes</strong></li>
<li>Optimize <strong>CNC machining programs, tooling, and setups</strong></li>
<li>Lead and improve <strong>assembly processes and work instructions</strong></li>
<li>Partner with Quality on inspections, compliance, and corrective actions</li>
<li>Drive <strong>Lean and continuous improvement</strong> initiatives</li>
<li>Support safety, delivery, and cost improvements across operations</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field</li>
<li><strong>3–5+ years</strong> of manufacturing engineering experience</li>
<li>Strong background in <strong>welding, CNC machining, and assembly</strong></li>
<li>CNC programming & CAD proficiency</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>Lean manufacturing</strong> and quality systems</li>
<li>Must be a U.S. Citizen </li>
<li>Comfortable working in a production environment (standing/walking, lifting up to 50 lbs)</li>
