About the Role
Instrumentation Technician - 2nd Shift In fast paced manufacturing environments, the Instrumentation Technician combines technical expertise with hands on troubleshooting to support production uptime, process control, and operational performance. This is a detail oriented, active role that installs, calibrates, and repairs the electrical and pneumatic systems that keep automated manufacturing operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, machinery, and equipment Working with industrial switchgear, transformers, and motor control centers (MCCs) Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Working with PLC controls and electro-mechanical systems Following NEC standards and company safety procedures Qualifications: Two year degree or certificate in Industrial Electrical and Instrumentation, OR a State Electrical License Strong working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls Ability to read schematics and work with PLCs
