We’re partnered with a highly regarded boutique law firm in Altrincham seeking a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their expanding property finance practice. This is a standout opportunity for a lawyer passionate about real estate finance and development work who wants direct client access, high-value matters, and meaningful progression in a growing firm.
Working closely with lenders, investors, borrowers and property developers, you will run a varied caseload including:
Secured lending transactions
Bridging and development finance
Refinancing and portfolio restructuring
Property acquisition finance across commercial and residential assets
You’ll be advising entrepreneurial property clients and financial institutions on deals spanning the North West and wider UK markets, gaining hands-on exposure to complex transactions from day one.
What they’re looking for:
Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 5 PQE, all levels considered)
Experience in real estate finance or strong grounding in commercial property with appetite to specialise
Strong drafting and technical skills with an eye for detail
Confident communicator able to build relationships with sophisticated lender/investor clients
Ambitious, proactive mindset with a collaborative approach
