We’re partnered with a highly regarded boutique law firm in Altrincham seeking a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their expanding property finance practice. This is a standout opportunity for a lawyer passionate about real estate finance and development work who wants direct client access, high-value matters, and meaningful progression in a growing firm.

Working closely with lenders, investors, borrowers and property developers, you will run a varied caseload including:

• Secured lending transactions

• Bridging and development finance

• Refinancing and portfolio restructuring

• Property acquisition finance across commercial and residential assets

You’ll be advising entrepreneurial property clients and financial institutions on deals spanning the North West and wider UK markets, gaining hands-on exposure to complex transactions from day one.

What they’re looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 5 PQE, all levels considered)

• Experience in real estate finance or strong grounding in commercial property with appetite to specialise

• Strong drafting and technical skills with an eye for detail

• Confident communicator able to build relationships with sophisticated lender/investor clients

• Ambitious, proactive mindset with a collaborative approach
