<p><strong>Job Title:</strong><br /> Trainee Press Tool Setter</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong><br /> Stonehouse</p> <p><strong>Hours:</strong><br /> 7.30am &#8211; 4.30pm Mon to Thurs, 7.30am &#8211; 12.30pm Friday</p> <p><strong>Salary:</strong><br /> &pound;28,392 per annum</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities of a Trainee Press Tool Setter:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the setup and operation of single action, high-speed and transfer presses</li> <li>Work alongside experienced Press Tool Setters to learn tooling, setting and changeover procedures</li> <li>Assist with press tool maintenance and basic fault finding</li> <li>Adhere to strict health and safety and quality standards at all times</li> <li>Develop knowledge of press-working processes and manufacturing techniques</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Skills of a Trainee Press Tool Setter:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience within a manufacturing or press-working environment is desirable</li> <li>A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills</li> <li>Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team</li> <li>An understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing environment</li> </ul> <p>To be considered for this role, please email your CV to andrew.penrith@first-base.co.uk or call Andrew on 01453 755330.</p> <p><strong>REFER A FRIEND:</strong> If you have a colleague or friend who may be interested in one of our roles, refer them to us today.
