About the Role
Qualified Staffing has an immediate opening for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician. Qualified candidates will be able to perform the following duties: Equipment Repair: Fix broken or failing fabrication gear, including hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and conveyors. Preventive Care: Inspect machines, oil moving parts, change filters, and test safety systems on a regular schedule. Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose control panels, wiring, and motors using multimeters and schematics. Welding & Fabrication: Repair machine guards, structural frames, or material handling fixtures using MIG/TIG or stick welding. Safety Compliance: Follow strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) rules and meet OSHA standards. Misc: Troubleshoot and repair hand tools, electrical cords, air compressors, and other shop related items as needed. The pay for this position varies depending on experience.
