You get to provide the highlight of a child's week!<br><br></strong>Don’t know much about soccer? No problem! While it is helpful to have some knowledge of soccer, it is not essential.<br><br><em>Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend hours available!</em><strong><br></strong><br> </div><div> <strong>Soccer Shots coaches/instructors are:</strong><br><br> </div><ul> <li>Passionate about working with toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary students</li> <li>Responsible and reliable</li> <li>Able to connect with, be patient with, and motivate children</li> <li>Excellent communicators</li> <li>Energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Creative, thinking on their feet</li> <li>Safety-conscious</li> </ul><div> <strong>Schedule hours:<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Class between the hours of 9:30 a.m.-Noon on Monday's-Saturday's</li> <li>Pick your schedule: coaches turn in schedule availability and are assigned classes that fit their schedule.</li> <li>Schedules are consistent: you will work classes at the same time and location each week for the whole season (7-10 weeks)</li> </ul><div> <strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Engaging children ages 2-6.</li> <li>Teaching groups of 8-10 kids for a 25-40 minute class.</li> <li>Arriving to class on time and attend all scheduled classes.</li> <li>Utilizing provided class curriculum to teach soccer, designed by education specialists.</li> <li>Keeping accurate attendance and complete after-session report.</li> <li>All equipment needed for classes is provided.</li> </ul><div> <strong>Additional qualifications:</strong><br><br> </div><ul> <li>Candidate must have reliable transportation and a current driver's license.</li> <li>Candidate must be able to perform the physical demands of the position: reasonable level of fitness is expected.</li> <li>CPR certification is required within 90 days of hire (class fee will be reimbursed).</li> </ul><div> <strong>Additional available compensation:</strong><br><br> </div><ul> <li>Additional pay for classes coached 10+ miles from primary residence</li> <li>Performance-based raises</li> </ul><div> <strong>Our Core Values:<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>We Care: We care about what kids care about & what parents care about</li> <li>We Own It: We own our customers’ experience & our staff’s experience</li> <li>We Grow: We grow both individually & collectively</li> </ul> </div>
