About the Role
<p>Adore Recruitment are excited to be working with an industry leader in the design and manufacture of air conditioning systems.</p>
<p>Our client looking for a sales administrator are a small close knit team meaning your work can really make an impact and there’s plenty of room for career progression.</p>
<p>You’ll ideally have worked in a engineering or construction industry before and can pick up technical products quickly. Full training on the products will be provided.</p>
<p>You will need to have process orders before and be comfortable providing quotes over the phone.</p>
<p>Below is a list of key responsibilities:</p>
<p>1. Order Processing: Manage and process sales orders via SAGE ensuring accuracy and timely processing, to promptly to facilitate smooth sales operations.<br />
2. Quotes: Prepare quotes and sales orders within agreed deadlines<br />
3. Customer Record Management: Maintain organised and up-to-date customer records to support effective account management via email and phone<br />
4. Customer Support: Build relationships with new and existing customers, providing technical advice as needed and resolving customer enquiries satisfactorily, conducting follow up calls as necessary<br />
5. Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, encompassing scheduling, correspondence, and document management, managing email inboxes efficiently<br />
6. Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective interaction with customers and internal teams.<br />
7. Software Utilisation: Utilise SAGE and CRM software to manage customer information, track sales activities and performance, and support sales representatives.<br />
8. Problem-solving: Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues, fostering customer satisfaction.<br />
9. Metrics and Spreadsheets: Track and analyse sales metrics using spreadsheets and other tools to measure and report sales performance<br />
Technical training will be offered as appropriate</p>
<p>Requirements:<br />
Maths and English GCSE pass<br />
Minimum 2 years working in a sales admin role<br />
Sales order processing experience<br />
Experience working with an ERP system before such as Sage, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft dynamics to name a few<br />
Experience working with and creating sales reports<br />
Good written and verbal communication skills<br />
Salary is up to £28,500 per year.</p>
<p>Company is based in Wickford and you must drive in order to get to the office.</p>
