Traveling Healthcare Construction Superintendent

<p>Job Overview</p> <p>The position requires familiarity with diverse types of construction projects, including Commercial, Medical Facilities, and Health Care structures. The candidate should be able to apply their expertise to oversee various project types.</p> <p>The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in healthcare construction projects ranging from $10MM to $100MM. This experience should encompass both new construction and renovation projects.</p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> </p> <p>• Past or current involvement with a commercial General Contractor</p> <p>• Previous experience in New Healthcare Construction for Hospital, Medical Clinic, MOB, ER, etc (compulsory)</p> <p>• Proven track record of managing commercial projects from inception to completion (as a GC Superintendent)</p> <p>• Proficiency in software and technology applications (e.g., Procore or similar programs)</p> <p>• Strong time management skills and demonstrated success in project scheduling</p> <p>• Experience in team leadership is advantageous</p> </p> <p><strong>Educational Background / Work Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree, preferably in Construction Science or a related field</li> <li>Typically a minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in construction</li> <li>Preferably 3-4 years of Senior/Supervisory Project Manager experience in healthcare projects</li> </ul>
