Mechanical Assembly Technician Location: Bristol | Double Days Shift (Earlies & Lates) Salary £31,000 – £35,000 + Shift Allowance OTE: £35,000 – £40,000 Shift Pattern (Double Days) Monday – Thursday: Earlies: 06:00 – 14:00 Lates: 14:00 – 22:00 Friday: Earlies: 06:00 – 12:00 Lates: 12:00 – 17:00 The Opportunity Are you a Mechanical Assembler or Fitter looking for a new opportunity? The Role Build systems, sub-assemblies, and components to required quality and ISO standards Work to build schedules and engineering specifications Ensure BOM and customer requirements are met Identify and resolve build issues efficiently Report technical problems using the FRACAS process Maintain and develop technical competence through training Support the team by acting as a point of reference within the build area Train and guide less experienced technicians Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and health & safety Support and promote 5S and continuous improvement initiatives The Candidate Experience in mechanical assembly or fitting Background within a workshop or similar engineering environment Relevant mechanical qualification or apprenticeship Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Additional Information If this role is of interest please press apply or contact Ryan Guy on 07837434353 or Ryan@kingstonbarnes.com Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK.
