Residential Staff Accountant

They’re looking to add a Staff Accountant to their collaborative team.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of properties, manage full-cycle accounting, and partner closely with property managers and leadership to analyze performance and guide decisions that strengthen communities across the metro. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 2+ years of real estate accounting experience
• Prior experience with Yardi software (required)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $65,000–$83,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Vacation

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
