Position: Office Manager
Location: SW PDX
Pay: $65,000–$80,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | Four 10-hour shifts

What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and act as a key support to leadership
Prepare and submit project billings accurately and on time
Manage contracts and handle all associated documentation for new projects
Set up and maintain job folders once work is awarded
Own the majority of accounting functions, including CMIC and QuickBooks
Manage insurance documentation and compliance requirements
Serve as the HR liaison and support employee-related processes
Collaborate with project managers, accounting, and operations teams
Step onto the production floor as needed to stay connected with operations
Handle multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail

What You Need to Have:
Experience in office management, accounting, or construction administration
Strong Excel skills and experience with CMIC and/or QuickBooks
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think independently
Comfortable working in both office and production environments
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Work Environment:
This role operates in both an office and production setting. You will collaborate closely with office staff and occasionally be out on the shop floor to support operations and maintain alignment across teams.
