Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Home Health LPN to join our growing team in Lexington, KY. Home Health LPN Compensation The pay for this position is $37.00/hr + mileage reimbursement Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Home Health LPN Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Required Availability: is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm | On-Call 1-2 days a week and 1 weekend rotation every 4 weeks
