<h3>The Role</h3>
<p>As Warehouse Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth running of warehouse operations across multiple on-site functions, ensuring high levels of performance, accuracy, and customer service.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy</li>
<li>Leading, motivating, and developing a team of warehouse staff</li>
<li>Overseeing stock control, inventory accuracy, and audit processes</li>
<li>Driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives</li>
<li>Ensuring health & safety compliance and operational best practice</li>
<li>Managing KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics</li>
<li>Supporting customer relationships and ensuring service excellence</li>
<li>Assisting with budget control and operational planning</li>

<h3>About You</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager role</li>
<li>Strong leadership and people management skills</li>
<li>Experience within a fast-paced logistics or distribution environment</li>
<li>Good understanding of stock control, warehouse systems, and operations</li>
<li>Commercial awareness with a focus on efficiency and performance</li>
<li>Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation</li>
<li>Strong communication and organisational skills</li>
<li>IT literate (Excel and warehouse systems)</li>
<li>Forklift licence or experience desirable</li>
